RULES & REGULATION

  • OCCUPANCY the right admission is fully reserved by the management, and admission may be refused to anyone without assigning any reason thereof. Accommodation will be made available only to the party on whose favor revelation has been made. Reservation is not transferable Occupancy of the rooms may be canceled in case of misdemeanor or violation of good behavior or for any other cause at the discretion of the management.
  • SECURITY OF GUEST'S BELONGING: The management holds responsible for the goods or belonging of the guests who hand over the same for safe custody (for which guests are requested to contact reception). The management will not ne responsible for valuable left in the room.
  • DAMAGE OF PROPERTY Guest will be responsible for any loss damage to the property of the Guest House caused by them, their servant, friends or any other person for whom they are responsible and the cost of damage will be recovered from the guest or occupant.
  • SETTLEMENT OF BILLS: Bill should be settled on presentation and should be paid in case or coupons from the registered travail agency or Credit/debit Card. There is no obligation on the Management to accept personal cheques. The bills should be settled before 10.00AM, if the guest whooshes to check out on or before 11.00 AM of the next day. All bills should be settled at the reception. The keys fo the rooms should be handed over to the reception before checking out. In case the keys are not handed over it shall be presumed that the stay is continued and room's charges shall be charged accordingly.
  • GUEST OF RESIDENTS: No unregistered guests are allowed to be in the room of the resident after 10.00 PM.
  • GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE ROOM.
  • RADIOS, MUSIC SYSTEM ETC: The management reserved the right endorse the cessation or diminution of any undue noise including the use of radios, television or musical instruments. Normally the use of radios, music or other instrument must cease in the Guest Rooms by 10.00 PM. Volume of TV set should not disturb other guest in the other rooms.
  • Guest are requested to switch off their lights when they leave the rooms. Electric irons or other applications are not be used residential rooms. Guests are also requested to close the water tap when they leave the rooms.
  • THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE TIMING AREA: Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 After 10:30 complimentary breakfast also chargeable.
  • GENERAL: THE GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO STUDY THE GUEST HOUSE TARIFF AND THE GUEST HOUSE RULES AND REGULATION.
